The council set 6 comprehensive priorities for the next 3 years. From those 6 we have chosen a further 6 Improvement Objectives. Improvement Objectives are areas for improvement where a wide range of intelligence shows there is an unmet need or where you have told us you want us to improve.
It is an area where we are focusing our efforts to make specific improvements more quickly.
We also consulted with the public to check with you as to whether you thought these were the right things for us to focus on.
