Household satisfaction survey

Help us improve YOUR services

Caerphilly County Borough Council wants to give residents the opportunity to have their say about local services and helps us shape the way we do things in the future.

During June 2013, residents across the county borough will get the chance to take part in a major 'Household Survey' that takes place every two years. In total, 10,000 postal questionnaires will be distributed across the area and there will also be an online version of the form available on this website.

We want to know how satisfied you are with the council and other services across the Caerphilly county borough?

What are we doing well and which services need to improve?

Caerphilly County Borough Council is determined, in partnership with other organisations, to continually improve the quality of services you receive and is committed to the regeneration of the area.

You can get an idea of the sorts of questions asked by taking a look at the report of the last survey that was carried out in 2011.
