All looked after children aged five and above who are placed with a Caerphilly approved foster carer living within the county borough are eligible for a smartcard that entitles them to free leisure and library services.

For the rest of the financial year the expenditure has to be carefully monitored. Therefore any equipment requests must go through your family placement team link worker. The 'requesting equipment' form has been removed.
