The new business units at Oakdale Business Park are part funded through the European Objective 1 Programme and the Local Regeneration Fund through the Welsh Government and are part of the £9.4 million Oakdale Strategic Development Portfolio.
The 6 business units, each of 5,000 sq. ft. (465 sq. m.), are located in a prime position on Plateau 2 at the eastern end of the business park. The new business workshops are built to compliment the existing buildings and are ideally suited to businesses in the manufacturing or manufacturing related industry. They are designed to achieve BREEAM rating of excellent to ensure ongoing energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
The units are suitable for light industrial use and comprise the following features:
