Caerphilly County Borough Council are part of the 10+ Campaign along with 14 other councils in South Wales.
The 10+ campaign aims to recruit new carers and encourage more people to think about becoming foster carers for children over the age of 10. The campaign has it's own website providing some general information and advice about becoming a foster carer.
