We will arrange for your missed bin to be collected if:
- Your bin was available at the collection point by 6am on the day of collection
- Your bin does not contain any material that should not be in there
- Your bin has not been overloaded and the lid is fully closed (* Please see additional advice below)
- Any obstruction to the road or street that may have prevented access by the collection vehicle has now been removed

Please note that since the introduction of weekly recycling and food waste collection, we will no longer collect any additional side waste that will not fit into your refuse bin with the lid closed flat. When your refuse bin has been emptied, any excess waste will be put back into the bin and a sticker attached to the lid. Please do not report this as a missed collection as we will not collect this waste until your next collection in two weeks time.
