Are you planning to hold a public firework display this year?
To ensure that everyone enjoys a happy, accident free event, Caerphilly County Borough Council is introducing a Voluntary Firework Display Registration Scheme for anyone who is organising a firework display in the county borough.
To register your firework event please complete and return the registration form below:

Your completed form can be submitted by email to foodhealthandsafety@caerphilly.gov.uk or by post to Voluntary Firework Display Registration Scheme, Food and Health and Safety, Pontllanfraith House, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood. NP12 2YW.
Once a completed registration form has been received, an appointment will be made by an officer to carry out an advisory site visit. Recommendations may be made during the visit to ensure the safety of organisers and spectators during the event.
