The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010 were implemented on 1st October 2010.
To apply for Building Regulations Approval an application form must be submitted, and a fee paid. The fee varies depending according to the type of application submitted, and the type and cost of the work.
Whilst the law requires that this should be made no later than two working days before work starts on site, the more notice you can give us then the better the likelihood will be that we will be able to forewarn you of any potential difficulties.
