The new business units are part-funded through the European Objective 1 Programme and the Local Regeneration Fund through the Welsh Government.
The 22 business units from 98 sq. m. to 138 sq. m. (1,055 - 1,485 sq. ft.) have been designed for light industrial use and are constructed with a steel portal frame with facing bricks and profiled roofing. They include a pedestrian entrance, up and over service doors and parking bays, and all main services including three - phase electricity. The units are to be let on an annual full repairing and insuring lease. The rental terms are on application and will be exclusive of VAT.
The new business workshops have been built to compliment the existing buildings and designed to achieve BREEAM rating of excellent to ensure on going energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
