Performance Report 2012

The council has a 3 year Performance Report that runs from 2009-2012. This plan explains what the council's priorities were taking into account what the public told us was most important to them.

Every year we review the plan and update it against the previous year to show how we have performed. We have just updated these priorities for 2011-12 and give an assessment of the 3rd and final year of our 3-year plan.

The report tells you about: -

  • The priorities we had for 2009-2012.
  • What we achieved against what we said we would do
  • Performance information that helps us to understand how well we are delivering services to the public.
  • Further information on the council's eight improvement objectives, which are more specific and short-term areas for improvement.

The 2011-12 Performance Report Update is available from all council offices, local libraries and leisure centres or by contacting the Performance Management Unit on 01443 864238 or by email to Performance Management Unit. It can also be downloaded below: -
