- CSSIW reports relate to those produced by the registering authority.
- Monitoring reports relate to routine visits conducted by the Contract Monitoring Section within Adult Services. Click here for glossary of terms
- Quality Payments reports and Provider Performance reports relate to those visits conducted outside of regular monitoring.
- Provider Performance visits are conducted where there are escalating concerns about a provider and therefore require more regular monitoring,
- Quality Payments visits are undertaken where the provider has applied for an enhanced payment rate for providing care that is above National Minimum Standards.
