There are 10 cemeteries in Caerphilly county borough.
Opening hours
Each cemetery is open seven days a week at the following times:
- Summer period 1 April to 30 September
Monday to Friday 8am - 7:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am - 7:30pm
- Winter period 1 October to 31 March
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
Making enquiries
All enquiries regarding cemeteries must be directed to Bereavement Services using the address on the right hand side of this webpage. The addresses provided for each cemetery are for direction purposes only. They are not postal addresses and any mail directed there is unlikely to be responded to.
Burial records
The bereavement office holds records of burials at these cemeteries as far back as 1888. This is with the exception of Bedwellty where any records prior to 1982 can only be viewed at the church. If you wish to view any of these records please call us and make an appointment.
