Home improvements - Home improvements - empty homes grant

We currently offer home improvement grants to owners of empty properties. These grants are discretionary and are targeted at properties that are in poor physical condition and appearance and have a negative impact on the neighbourhood.

If you own an empty property you may be eligible to receive a grant, to help bring the property up to decent homes standards.

Who can apply for an Empty Homes Grant?

The grant will be in the form of a Home Improvement Grant and available to properties that have been empty for at least 12 months.

How much grant will I receive?

A grant maximum of £15,000
