Grants currently available
Disabled Facilities Grant
A mandatory grant administered by us providing grant funding for adaptations to enable disabled persons to continue living in their own homes.
Home Improvement Grant
Available to qualifying householders whose property, on inspection, is found to be unfit for human habitation.
Minor Works Grant
This grant is aimed at helping owner-occupiers on low incomes to carry out essential and emergency repairs to their homes.
Landlord Grant
A discretionary grant awarded to domestic dwellings found to be unfit for human habitation.
House in Multiple Occupation Grant
Available to landlords of established HMOs, whose property requires work to provide adequate fire precautions and means of escape from fire.
Empty Homes Grant
We offer financial assistance to landlords to help bring empty properties up to the current decent home standard in line with current Government regulations and back into use for letting.
Energy Efficiency Grant
Grants are available from the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme for qualifying owner-occupiers, landlords and tenants for insulation works and heating installations.
