Persons wishing to make representations concerning this/these application(s) should do so in writing to the Licensing Section, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Pontllanfraith House, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood, Gwent NP12 2YW.
*Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this/these application(s) may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
*Persons entitled to make representations, under the Licensing Act 2003, are persons who live, or are involved in a business in the relevant licensing authority's area and who are likely to be affected by it.
