Registered providers of care

Registered providers of care

Caerphilly Social Services will provide care following an assessment of your needs. However there are many other organisations that provide a whole range of care services in your home or in accommodation, with support.

Domiciliary care providers >>

Domiciliary care provides practical and personal care services in your own home.

Respite sitting service providers >>

Provide a high quality, home-based respite service, which aims to meet the individual needs of carers whose quality of life is affected in carrying out this role.

Nursing homes >>

Nursing homes provide 24 hour nursing care by qualified nurses and other carers.

Residential homes for older persons >>

Residential care is provided for people over 65 who are not able to continue living in their own homes. The aim of this service is to help people to keep as active and independent as possible.

Residential learning disability homes >>

Residential care is provided for adults who need support as a result of a learning disability. A registered care home is a house that is shared with other people and where staff are available 24/7 to provide support.

Supported living schemes >>

Supported Living Schemes help vulnerable adults to live full and independent lives by providing support and personal care in a person's own home.
