As part of meeting its statutory duties under the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011 and Welsh Language legislation, Caerphilly County Borough Council has developed a unified set of objectives and actions that will underpin both the Strategic Equality Plan and the Welsh Language Scheme from April 2012 to March 2016.
The objectives and action plan were approved by Council on 13 March 2012, along with the updated Strategic Equality Plan and Welsh Language Scheme.
