Bins must be placed at the kerbside by 6am on the day of collection. However, if you are elderly and infirm, or you are not able to put your bins at the kerbside on the collection day because of an illness or disability, we offer a service where we will collect your bins from inside your property.
Do I qualify?
The service is only available to people who:
- are registered disabled, or;
- have a physical medical condition that means they are unable to move their waste, and;
- do not have any able bodied persons living in the property.
