Elections - notice of elections

A notice of election is the formal start of the election timetable and must be published at least 25 working days prior to any election. The notice gives key dates and times of the election process including the last day to receive Nomination papers and the last days for registration and receipt of postal and proxy applications to be effective for the election. Copies of the notice will be displayed at council offices in the county borough and this website.
