County borough and Community/Town council elections will be held on Thursday 3 May 2012. On this day voters are asked to elect councillors to represent them. Caerphilly county borough comprises of 33 wards (electing a total of 73 councillors) and there are 16 Community/Town Councils with 57 wards between them (electing 185 councillors).
Are you registered to vote?
To be eligible to vote in these elections you must be on the electoral register.
The closing date for recieving completed registration forms was Wednesday, 18 April 2012. If you have missed this deadline, you can still request a registration form so that you can vote in future elections but you will not be added to the electoral register in time for the elections on 3 May.
