Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule
Consultation on the Council's Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule closed on 28 November 2012.
During the 6-week consultation period a total of 59 Representations were received. The council has considered all the representations and the council has prepared a Report of Consultation that sets out the representations, the council's response to them and the recommendation on what action has been taken in respect of them. The Report of Consultation is a background document for the next stage of the CIL preparation process – The Draft Charging Schedule.
