Rhymney Valley Athletics Club
Rhymney Valley Athletics Club is the main track and field club in Caerphilly County Borough. It is a junior based club and competes in the Welsh Junior League and the East Wales Athletics League.

The club train at Lewis School, Pengam on a Monday evening at 7:00pm during the winter months and outdoors at Bargoed Park athletics track after Easter and throughout the summer on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:30pm.

Rhymney Valley Athletics Club also runs a Dragon Sport Athletics Club. The club is free to attend and runs at the same time and at the same venue as the athletics club.
