FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT - COACHING

Coach Education Programme

• Provide opportunities for coaches and volunteers to continue their personal development to the highest level they wish to achieve.
• Support and mentor coaches who help deliver the Football Development Programme.

The Coach Education programme offers coaches the opportunity to improve their qualifications and knowledge through the Welsh Football Trust Coach Education Programme.

Football Leaders, Goalkeepers, First Aid and Child Welfare and Protection level 1 courses are held throughout the year and give a basic introduction to a variety of skills. There are also local coaching workshops and regional higher-level awards.
