Netball Development - Coaching

Coaching and umpiring courses not only gains you valuable qualifications, but can also provide you with a better understanding of the techniques of netball and a sound understanding of the rules. This, in turn, can enhance your performance both individually and as a team.

• The first step on the coaching ladder takes the form of the
  ‘Starting Out Coaching Award’.
• The next rung of the coaching ladder is the UKCC Level 1 Coaching Course.
• To obtain the basic umpiring qualification individuals need to attend the
  ‘Q Award’.
• The progression from the 'Q Award' is the 'Level 1 Umpiring Award'.
