NETBALL DEVELOPMENT

The aims of the Netball Development Officer are to:

• Develop, promote and sustain netball in a fun and a positive manner.
• Provide annual inter school competitions for all secondary schools in the county borough.
• Create good working relationships with local secondary school Physical Education departments.
• Provide opportunities to ‘Talent Spot’ potential players and provide clear pathways for them to follow to achieve their potential.
• Improve the quality and number of netball coaches and officials in the county borough.
