WRU Atomic Touch

A joint partnership with the Welsh Netball Association and Wales Touch Association is offering a new opportunity for adults to play a new type of sport at local leisure facilities. The game is ideal for those who want to get back into shape and try a new sport whilst meeting new people.

The hour long sessions combines elements of Touch, Netball, Basketball and Ultimate Frisbee into a fast-paced game like no other - it’s jam-packed with action and perfect for all fitness levels and abilities. Unlike traditional rugby, the game is non-contact and the ball can be passed forwards (and backwards, sideways, any way you like!) with teams only having two possessions to create a score; this creates an expressive style of play that people can’t seem to get enough of.
