When clicking on a form link, a new browser window will open, if Adobe™ Acrobat Reader™ installed on the system, then it is possible to save the .pdf document into your computer by using the Acrobat toolbar displayed just below your Internet browser buttons.
If using Microsoft® Windows, hover your mouse on the link and right-click to open the context menu, choose "Save Target as..." and save it anywere on your computer.
If using Apple MacOs X, press "Control" on your keyboard and click on the mouse and choose "Download Linked File".
