Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Live Vacancy Event returns
Caerphilly County Borough Council’s popular Which Way Now? event is set to return on 12th July 2022.

In the past the event has attracted hundreds of young people who are seeking employment, education or training opportunities.

The event, which is in partnership with Careers Wales, is aimed at school leavers and young people aged 16-24 who are looking for advice and inspiration on what career path to take next.

There will be a diverse range of employers and training providers attending who will offer a wide range of advice, training and job opportunities.

Some of these include:
  • Information on college courses from Coleg Y Cymoedd and Coleg Gwent
  • Information on higher education and university opportunities
  • Information on traineeships and apprenticeships
  • Local job vacancies
  • General careers guidance

Help with job search skills Cllr. Carol Andrews, Cabinet Member for Education & Communities, said: “We are thrilled to be hosting the Which Way Now? Event alongside Careers Wales again this year.

“We are committed to providing education and employment opportunities for all our young residents, and are delighted to be able to work with our partners again after many years of successfully hosting this event.”

Which Way Now will be held in Caerphilly Leisure Centre on Tuesday 12th July between 10am and 4pm.
