Council seeks tenants’ views on rent

Council tenants in the Caerphilly county borough are being asked to give their opinions on the rent that they pay.

Caerphilly County Borough Council is asking tenants to give their views on whether they believe their rent is fair, affordable and if the service they receive is value for money. Feedback will be used by the Council as part of its rents and affordability review, which will be used to help influence how it sets rents in the future.

Tenants are asked to give their views by completing a brief online survey that can be found here: Complete survey

The survey will end on Tuesday 15th December. Every tenant who enters and provides their contact details will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 in high street shopping vouchers.
