Registered providers of care

There are many organisations that provide a whole range of care services in your home or in accommodation, with support.

  • Home care providers
    Provide practical and personal care services in your own home.
    Nursing homes
    Nursing homes provide 24 hour nursing care by qualified nurses and other carers.
    Residential learning disability homes
    Shared accommodation for adults with a learning disability with staff available 24/7 to provide support.
  • Supported living providers
    Helps vulnerable adults to live full and independent lives by providing support and personal care in a person's own home.
    Extra care providers
    For people over 65 to live as independently as possible, with onsite care support when needed.
    Residential homes
    For people over 65 who are not able to continue living in their own homes.
  • South East Wales Shared Lives Scheme
    Provides an alternative to home care and care homes for disabled adults and older people.
