Find your nearest foodbank

If you're struggling to feed your family your local foodbank can provide emergency food and support in a crisis

Trussell Trust Foodbanks

In most case to access a Trussell Trust foodbank you should be referred through the Caerphilly CBC Caerphilly Cares or Benefits team, your support worker or one the following services - Citizens Advice, GDAS, Pobl etc.

The Trussell Trust foodbanks also provide ‘walk in’ food parcels without a referral if they deem the person to be in need. The foodbank will then refer the person to Caerphilly Cares for triaging and any additional support.

Other food support

There are a number of community organisations that can help you to access low-cost food. Please contact the Caerphilly Cares Team to find out what support is available in your community.
