Digital Exclusion Survey

Caerphilly Council, alongside 5 other Local Authorities – Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen and Vale of Glamorgan, have been awarded funding from the Welsh Government’s Digital Transformation Fund to carry out a 6-week study around Digital Exclusion.

A team of researchers will gather data from residents, community groups and organisations, learners and tutors in Community Education for Adults, and Employability provisions and their participants.

The research will help us understand individuals’ use of digital devices, connectivity, and digital skills to help us think about how we might better support residents with using IT for everyday activities.

If you would like to take part in the research, please complete the short online questionnaire (by clicking the link below).  Please feel free to support friends and family members who do not have access to a digital device or connectivity to complete this questionnaire too (following Welsh Government Covid Guidelines).  We also have a number to call should you wish to complete the questionnaire over the phone 01495 233293 (office hours).
