Project Overview
Caerphilly County Borough Council is transforming and improving the way we deliver services to our residents.
The council has ambitious plans to transform and improve our services. We want to meet the needs of our communities more efficiently and explore other ways to deliver services, when it makes sense to do so.
We want to engage with our communities to understand their needs and provide the right support, as simply as possible. Where residents need services that we don’t provide, we will signpost them, to the most appropriate partners to access the support they need.
