Code of Practice: Ethical Employment in Supply Chains

The Council has recently signed up to Welsh Governments Code of Practice (CoP) for Ethical Employment in Supply Chains and are actively working towards implementing policies and processes to meet the CoP commitments. The Code of Practice has been established to ensure workers in public sector supply chains in Wales are employed in a fair and ethical way. 

In line with commitment six (6), the Council are encouraging suppliers to sign up to this Code of Practice to help ensure that ethical employment practices are carried out throughout the supply chain.
