New single contact number for Caerphilly Council tenants

Caerphilly County Borough Council has announced the launch of a single contact phone number for all its housing offices.

Tenants can now access services from their local housing office by calling 01443 873535; email addresses remain unchanged and can be found on the Council ‘s website at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/Services/Housing.

Cllr Lisa Phipps, the Council’s Cabinet member for Housing and Property, said “This move means it will be much easier for tenants to contact us and access services. This is particularly important whilst current Covid-19 restrictions remain in place and our offices are closed to the public.”

Previous contact numbers are currently diverted to ensure tenants can still reach their local housing office. Emergencies that occur outside normal office hours can still be reported by calling 01443 875500.
