Consumer advice is provided by Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
The Citizens Advice Consumer Service website provides free, confidential and impartial advice on consumer issues including:
- goods that are faulty, not fit for their purpose, or described incorrectly
- services that have not been carried out with reasonable care and within a reasonable time or for an acceptable price
- what to do if you think you have been scammed
Visit the Citizens Advice Consumer Service website.
If the website does not provide you with an answer to your problem, you can contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133.
Other ways to get in touch are also available on their website. Click here for other ways to contact the consumer helpline.
If you need advice on more complex consumer advice issues or need to make a complaint, Citizens Advice will refer these to the council's consumer advice section, part of Caerphilly Trading Standards.
