All these activities are paid for to say thank you for being the wonderful unpaid carers you are. Please sign up to receive e-mail updates and join our Facebook group as more activities and events are added all the time. Our activities are added to Facebook around a month before they take place.

If there is something that you feel would be good for carers to do that we haven’t thought of or tried, we’re all ears, just let us know!

Limited places are available to most activities and events but we do try and share these out fairly. To enquire about any of them, please get in touch.

Nb. If you put your name down for something and we don’t let you know you’ve been successful, please assume you haven’t got a place. Transport is only provided where stated.

Send us your views

At our carer support groups, we have been asking those of you that attend what kinds of things you would like to see more of. Pamper sessions, theatre trips, wine tasting, meals and rugby tickets have all come up, so we are doing our best for the rest of the year to accommodate these requests.

We’ve also had some other really good ideas about more activities on weekends and evenings for  those of you that work or are in school or college, which we have definitely taken. Email your suggestions to carers@caerphilly.gov.uk
