Principal Recruitment Officer

Salary: £38, 296 - £41,496

We are seeking a Principal Officer to join our new Recruitment Team.

This exciting and varied role will see you and the wider team develop bespoke recruitment campaigns, networking and helping prospective candidates to find and gain appropriate employment with the Council.

You will also be required to offer advice and support to managers at all levels relating to policies and employment legislation and other HR matters.   

The role also involves participating in work both corporately and within People Services to shape the future of local government services.

Recruitment Officer

Salary: £31,099 - £33,820

We have vacancies for Recruitment Officers to become a part of the new Recruitment Team.

You will have an opportunity to support the team to shape the way the organisation recruits by applying a range of methods, whilst having an understanding of the operational needs of services.

You will also have the opportunity to support the wider HR Team to deliver a proactive and quality HR Service.

You will have the opportunity to lead on project including assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as practices and procedures to improve the efficiency and delivery of the service.

HR Assistant

Salary: £24,496 - £26,845

We have vacancies for HR Assistants to become a part of the new Recruitment Team.

In this role you will provide professional, effective, efficient, high quality administrative support to the Head of People Services and the Recruitment Team to deliver a comprehensive recruitment service.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of campaigns and new initiatives to support wider recruitment activities across the council.

You will have the opportunity to work with and across the wider HR team to provide a seamless service to the organisation.
