Pay a parking fine

Pay and display notice: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will not be servicing car park pay and display machines until further notice. Those required to undertake essential travel or key workers are able to use our car parks free of charge.

If you have received a parking ticket (Penalty Charge Notice), you can pay it online. Payments will be taken by the South Wales Parking Group (SWPG).

Pay a parking fine

You can also pay:

  • Using the automated telephone payment line on 033 33 200 867 using a credit/ debit card.
  • By post using a postal order or cheque to:

How to challenge your parking fine

If you have received a parking ticket and not sure why please visit www.swpg.co.uk. Here you can enter your PCN number and vehicle registration and view the evidence of your parking charge.

If you wish to challenge a parking fine you can do so online or in writing as follows:
