Food Banks

There are many foodbanks, food pantries and Fare Share schemes across Caerphilly Borough, many of which require the support of volunteers to be able to run them.  Information about each provision can be found on get help paying for food webpage.

What can volunteers do?

• Picking up food/toiletries from donation points
• Packing bags ready for collection
• Meeting and greeting
• Organising stock

What can you expect from us?

• Opportunities to meet new people

• Access to appropriate training
