Overview	Caerphilly Council have a duty to protect users of Public Rights of Way from unlawful use and propose to install a ‘K-barrier’ for this purpose.
Why are we consulting	Caerphilly Council is seeking your views to help identify any potential issues that the installation of a ‘K-Barrier’ may cause for pedestrians, including pushchair and wheelchair users and users of mobility vehicles.
