Caerphilly Council tenants asked for views on housing services

Caerphilly County Borough Council is asking tenants to give their views on the housing services it provides.

The survey is being carried out on behalf of the council by an independent company called ARP Research Limited.  Surveys are currently being posted to all council owned homes in the county borough.  Tenants are also able to complete the survey online; more information can be found here.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw for the opportunity to win up to £250 in shopping vouchers.  The survey will end on Friday 8th October.

Cllr Lisa Phipps, the council’s Cabinet Member for Housing, said “The results of this survey will help us understand how we can improve our services to better meet the needs of our tenants.  I encourage all tenants to make sure they have their say and help us shape services by completing the survey.”

Tenants with queries or concerns about the survey can contact the council’s Tenant and Community Involvement team on 01443 864086 or by emailing tenantinvolvement@caerphilly.gov.uk
