At Caerphilly Homes, we have 4 types of Secure Occupation Contracts (tenancy agreements) to suit different situations. Whether you’ve been with us for years or you are just starting your contract with us, we want to ensure you have all the information you need. How do I know which type of Secure Occupation contract I have?

Converted Secure Occupation Contract

• If you had a contract (tenancy) with us before 1 December 2022, or
• You have transferred or succeeded to a contract that was held before 1 December 2022. 
• You have a Converted Secure Occupation Contract.

V1 New Secure Occupation Contract

• If you started a new contract (tenancy) with us between 1 December 2022 and 6 December 2023. 
• You have a V1 New Secure Occupation Contract.

V2 New Secure Occupation Contract

• If you started a new contract (tenancy) with us between 6 December 2023 and 1 March 2024. 
• You have a V2 New Secure Occupation Contract.

V3 New Secure Occupation Contract

• If you started a new contract (tenancy) with us after 1 March 2024. 
• You have a V3 New Secure Occupation Contract.
