Apply now for 2025 Admissions into school

This is where you make an application for entry into Early Years, Nursery, Reception, Transfer to Junior and Year 7 (Secondary School).

• You do not need to complete a Transfer to Junior application if your child attends a Primary School. You only need to apply if your child attends an Infants School.
• You only need to register once, no matter how many children you are applying for. You MUST NOT create more than one online account, as this may affect the application for your child. If you have any issues accessing your account or having issues amending an application, please contact School Admissions on schooladmissions@caerphilly.gov.uk.

We accept applications after the closing date. We will consider your application as late. We won't process it in line with the allocation date provided.

Apply for a School Transfer (mid-year)

This application is for changing school during the academic year.

Applications take 15 school days to be processed.
