Traveline Cymru provides times and route information for all bus, coach, rail, ferry and air services in Wales.

Text: 84268 (You will need to enter the unique 7 letter bus stop code (which can be found at the bus stop or on the Traveline Cymru website). You will then receive a reply via text showing the times, the service number and destination of up to the next four buses due at that particular stop).

Concessionary travel cards

If you are aged 60 or over, or you have a disability, you may be entitled to a free Concessionary Travel Card from Transport for Wales. This means you can travel for free on local bus services and some train services throughout Wales.

Bus stops and shelters

We are responsible for providing and maintaining bus shelters, bus stop signs, bus stations (Bargoed, Blackwood, Caerphilly and Nelson) and bus stop timetable displays. If you discover an issue with any of the above, please report it to us.

Who do I contact when things go wrong on the buses?

The bus operators endeavour to operate their services to a high standard but occasionally things go wrong and in the first instance complaints should be directed to them.
