worked in partnership on the first
phase of development on Plateau
2. The 4 units were constructed
in a prime position at the entrance
to Plateau 2 - Bryn Brithdir.

The four manufacturing units, two
10,000 sq. ft. (929 sq. m.) and
two 20,000 sq. ft. (1,858 sq. m.)
are set out as semi-detached buildings
which include 15% office area and
100% expansion on site.
The headquarters of General
Dynamics United Kingdom Ltd
is located in Units 3 and 4. The
two 20,000 sq. ft. (1,858 sq. m.)
units have been combined and converted
for office use for senior management
and support functions such as IT
and finance. The programme management
teams for BOWMAN and land digitisation
programmes are also based in the
building.
