The Leader and Chief Executive of Caerphilly County Borough Council meet Welsh Government Minister to discuss key issues.

The Leader and Chief Executive of Caerphilly County Borough Council met Julie James MS, the Welsh Government’s Minister for Climate Change this week to discuss a number of key issues.

The positive meeting focused on three priority areas:

  • Improving recycling rates across the county borough
  • Tackling historic pollution concerns at Ty Llwyd quarry near Ynysddu
  • Planning for future improvements along the A469 between Pontlottyn and New Tredegar
