The residents of Caerphilly County Borough have reason to celebrate as our leisure centres clinch prestigious recognition from the Member Experience Awards 2023.  
 
Newbridge Leisure Centre stands tall with a remarkable achievement, securing the esteemed Gold Medal Award. This accolade reflects the dedication and commitment of Newbridge Leisure Centre to providing an outstanding member experience. 
 
Not to be outdone, Caerphilly, Heolddu, and Risca Leisure Centres have each earned the coveted Silver Medal Awards. This recognition underscores their consistent efforts to deliver a high-quality experience to their valued customers. 
 
The Membership Experience Awards are a testament to the continuous pursuit of excellence in customer satisfaction. They are determined through meticulous analysis of the nationally recognised Net Promoter Score (NPS) responses and relational surveys, directly reflecting the genuine experiences of our members.
