Permits for Household Recycling Centres

You will need to get your permit at least 24 hours before using it but no more than two weeks before. Requests are processed during office hours Monday to Friday.

You can apply for a permit online or in person.

Applications for permits in person must be made at Ty Penallta by booking an appointment. You can make an appointment by calling 01443 866571

You will not be able to attend Ty Penallta without an appointment and only card payments are accepted if a charge applies.

Permit charges apply for construction and demolition waste (including hazardous). These charges are:

• £39.36 for a small van (up to 2,200kg and trailers less than 1.8m long)
• £78.72 for medium vans (2,201kg – 3,499kg).
