WHQS - Environmental Improvement Programme
What is the environmental improvement programme?
The Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) is a set of standards which all local authority and housing association homes in Wales must meet.
This includes an environmental standard which states that:
“All homes should be located in an environment to which residents can relate and in which they can be proud to live”
You said, we did
Our Welsh Housing Quality Standard Environmental Officers have been busy over the past few years consulting with different communities throughout the county borough.
Below is just a snapshot of some of the projects that they have completed as result of numerous consultation events, surveys and door knocking to find out what was important to you.
